COACHING

Real and lasting change comes from the inside. We all have parts, often frozen in time, that have positive intentions but may be operating in unseen ways at odds to our commitments and goals.

I work with entrepreneurs, executives, doctors, patients, and organizations to uncover innate resources, meet goals and commitments, and blossom into your higher potential.

PRESENCE

Coaching from a place of presence, meaning what’s here right now, I work with you to cultivate a perspective shift. This shift includes and integrates mind, body, and heart, awakening internal resources and supporting your capacity for self-generation. Coaching engagements are structured around your commitments and goals.

I support leaders and organizations in their transformations to meet the challenges of our time. Together, we uncover your access to clarity, healing, and joy and bring interior and exterior experiences into greater harmony. I bring 25+ years of experience as an entrepreneur, non-profit leader, husband, father, and heart surgery survivor to the care and support of your growth as a leader and person.

Aaron brought a very grounded presence to our coaching sessions and the space and structure he provided allowed for my own insights, solutions and inner wisdom to emerge. I had numerous personal breakthroughs and "aha" moments over the course of my time working with him, which I've carried on throughout work and life.

Sliding scale for not-for-profits and early-stage professionals

Without a conscious decision to do something else, we nearly always act consistently with our habits. Collectively, our habits determine who we are as a person, how we show up in the world, and how others perceive and respond to us.

GROUP FACILITATION

For coaching clients, I design and implement coaching systems and strategic programs that facilitate change at an organizational scale. This involves working with you and your team on mission-critical strategic initiatives and applying coaching practices for leadership development and sustainable impact. My role is to facilitate and advocate for agreements and clarity as an objective observer.

Strategic program development works best as a one or two day retreat with the leadership team at an offsite location. The purpose of the work is to develop and maintain authentic and self-generating leaders and culture, working together to realize a shared vision.

Culture and People

  • Mission, values, and policy development

  • Saying what needs to be said

  • Hearing what needs to be heard

  • Cultivating accountability and trust

Strategy and Planning

  • Budgeting & financing strategy

  • Narrative and pitch development

  • Multi-year growth strategy

  • Metrics and reporting

BENEFITS

Coaching has been shown to have numerous benefits. According to the International Coaching Federation (ICF):

  • 80% of people who receive coaching report increased self-confidence

  • 70% benefit from improved work performance, relationships, and more effective communication skills

  • 86% of companies report that they recouped their investment on coaching and more

Numerous clients report that coaching positively impacted their careers as well as their lives by helping them to:

  • Establish and take action toward achieving goals

  • Become more self-reliant

  • Gain more job and life satisfaction

  • Contribute more effectively to the team and the organization

  • Take greater responsibility and accountability for actions and commitments

  • Work more easily and productively with others (boss, direct reports, peers)

  • Communicate more effectively

But the most important and lasting benefits come from the client’s cultivation of their own internal resources. These include creativity, resourcefulness, and wholeness. From presence, these resources can be more readily accessed to support the client’s goals and commitments, whatever they may be.
